I’ve got a new salad on the menu😋
It’s called the cowgirl🤠
-spring mix-avocados-tomato’s-bell peppers-corn-feta and Parmesan cheese- homemade jalapeño ranch-chicken-

Let me give credit where credit is due
I honestly didn’t eat salads regularly until this month😬 Mrs. Misty, Abi Grace and I have been having a pride and prejudice watch party every week and we had salad and pasta our first night. This salad had lettuce, avocados, bell peppers, and a fancy cheese and I really enjoyed that flavor and then my niece parker made me a salad similar to this and it was bomb 💣 so I decided to share it with y’all!

I entered the Cleburne County fair pie contest and won best of show with my coconut cream pie!
I am so excited!!
They had 3 categories of pies, fruit, cream, and nut so I entered a pie in each of them!
I made an apple pie for the fruit category, it got first place!
I made a peanut pie for the nut category 😂 for funzzies, I figured everybody would enter a pecan and I wanted to be different. It got 3rd place!
I made 2 pies for the cream category, a coconut cream with meringue, and a chocolate with homemade whip cream. My coconut cream pie got best overall!! And my chocolate got 3rd✌🏼

I am very proud of my pies, they were a lot of work, but I enjoyed this opportunity very much!
