Hello. Welcome to the Grassy Cow, our family-owned and operated Heber Valley Utah food truck. We raise grass-fed, grass-finished Angus beef here in Heber City, Utah on our small family farm. We are a family of 6 and love our farm life. We get a lot of happiness sharing with you, our friends and neighbors, the highest quality meat that makes up our SIGNATURE BURGERS.
