Yo, this is Mike! Mike was the third person we hired when we opened up Mai Chau on Prospect in 2015. After a couple of years, he went on to work at a country club. He joined the team again last spring, and has now taken over as Chef. He’s been putting out some incredible specials recently, and we are STOKED that he is back at 3T!

Tonight we are featuring a grilled pork chop, with rice pilaf, crispy onions and broccoli. Topped with pork gravy it’s going to be 🤤🤤

Saturday’s special will be a half roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, with a veggie medley, and topped with a cream sauce
