Most people who walk through our door don’t think they’re juice people at first. And we don’t need you to be.

We just need you to be a little curious.

Curious enough to walk in and tell us what you already like.

Sweet and fruity? Tart and refreshing? Green but not too green? Maybe you’re willing to try a beet, as long as it doesn’t taste like you licked the earth?

You don’t have to understand the menu or know which ingredients do what. That’s our job. We’ll ask a few questions, point you toward the least-scary place to start, and help you find something that tastes good and does something good for you.

Somewhere along the way, grabbing a healthy drink turned into a research project. Ten ingredients you can’t pronounce, a price that makes you wince, and you still walk out unsure it does anything.

We built Roots the opposite way. You don’t have to decode adaptogens or keep track of which mushroom does what. You just have to know how you want to feel.

Back-to-school week has a way of humbling all of us. The good intentions on Sunday night, the granola bar breakfast by Wednesday, the kid who suddenly needs a Texas Instrument scientific calculator before homeroom tomorrow (ask me how I know🙄).

So think of this as your Roots cheat sheet. Not a whole life overhaul, just a few easy grabs that make the hard mornings a little softer and get some real food in everybody before the bus comes.
