But truly, your words are what help other people decide to finally try a cleanse. For a small shop like ours, that’s EV-ER-Y-THING.

So if you’ve cleansed with us, drop your experience below. Long, short, one sentence, a paragraph, how you felt on day 3, how good you slept, did you really go to the bathroom all day, etc. Any and all of it counts.

Before the cookouts, the pool floats, and the 4th of July chaos this weekend, let’s talk about actually making it through the heat. Because “just drink water” is only half the story.

A big chunk of your hydration comes from what you eat. And the most hydrating produce out there? It’s basically already dressed for the holiday.

Load your plate and your cart with the juicy stuff this weekend. Your body holds onto hydration so much better when it’s coming from water-rich fruits (or veggies😏, not just the glass you keep forgetting to refill.

And funny thing about those hydrating all-stars… a whole lot of them happen to be red, white, and blue. 👀
