🔥 THE STORY BEHIND ONE FLAME STEAKHOUSE 🔥
Before the doors open, I wanted to share a little history behind One Flame Steakhouse.
One Flame Steakhouse started with a vision—to bring something different to Hazlehurst, Mississippi. I wanted to create an upscale dining experience right here at home. A place where you can enjoy great food, beautiful surroundings, good music, and exceptional service without having to drive out of town.
This journey has been more than choosing tables, hanging chandeliers, creating menus, and remodeling a building. I’ve watched an idea that was once only in my mind slowly become a reality.
And I wanted One Flame to still feel like Hazlehurst. That’s why you’ll see pieces of our community and its history incorporated throughout the restaurant. This may be an upscale restaurant, but it was created with our hometown at heart.
There have been long days, unexpected delays, changes, decisions, and plenty of moments when I had to simply keep the faith and keep going. But every time I walk through those doors and see how far it has come, I’m reminded that some things are worth the wait.
