A huge THANK YOU to the Jeff Davis County Chamber for putting together such an incredible Independence Day Celebration at the fairgrounds! It was an amazing evening, and we are so grateful to everyone who made it possible.

Thank you to all of the sponsors, the Jeff Davis County Board of Commissioners, and our County Administrator for the spectacular fireworks show. Most of all, thank YOU to our community for coming out, supporting this event, and stopping by What’s the Scoop. We were truly blown away by your kindness, patience, and support throughout the night.

We absolutely love serving this community and hope you enjoyed everything from our trailer. And it’s safe to say Superman was definitely the ice cream flavor of the night! 🍦💙❤️💛 We scooped a whole lot of smiles, and we can’t wait to see everyone again soon.

🍦 Appreciation Post!! 🍦

Wow… what a weekend! We are so thankful for another amazing year at Peaches to Beaches. This was our 5th year in the same spot, and every year we are blown away by the support and the sweetest returning customers. Seeing familiar faces come back to see us each year means more than you know!

So many of you asked where our normal summer setup spot will be. We actually don’t have a permanent location, but I promise I’ll do a much better job this posting on here and letting everyone know where What’s the Scoop will be set up throughout the summer so you can come find us.

To our ball team families, your support is truly like no other. No matter what kind of setup we have, you always show up for us and we are so thankful. Y’all are some of our very best customers and we appreciate you more than words can say.

And to our workers, we absolutely couldn’t do this without y’all. Thank you for working so hard all weekend and helping make everything run smoothly. A special shoutout to Maysie Lewis you went above and beyond as always and we appreciate you so much!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared a smile, and grabbed some ice cream this weekend. We can’t wait to see you again soon! 💗🍦
