Decadence & Elegance.
These were two of the words I had written down after our consultation with this client about their desired “vision” for their Christmas party for their hard working staff.
We took the concept of a classic, traditional style, high end steakhouse dinner and completely modernized and updated it into something fresh, unique, stunning, delicious and totally memorable.
We had so much fun adding our culinary creativity and flavor flair to this menu! We even custom created a sausage bites sampler inspired by our clients!!
Guests were greeted with hand crafted, custom designed butter boards and I accompanied them by fresh, homemade sourdough from my favorite local baker.
Appetizers were an assortment of colorful and delicious items, sure to appease every palate, and for dinner, they were able to enjoy Brandon’s fresh carved prime rib station.
For dessert the clients wanted a large table full of assorted items, including gluten free options. I chose some fun flavors like a homemade pistachio buttercream that was incredible, a lovely tiramisu buttercream with just the right amount of coffee and mascarpone cream, several different cheesecake options with homemade toppings, and a light and airy peanut butter mousse, just to name a few!
We had a wonderful time stepping into the kitchen again for this special occasion in January and we hope that the clients, as well as their guests, savored every moment ❤️ We know we certainly did!!
