We may not be catering anymore but we still have to flex our culinary & creative muscles every once in awhile!!

We had so much fun creating these festive gluten free chocolate chip cookie bars for our weekend celebrations!!

Wishing everyone a wonderful 4th of July weekend!! We hope you enjoy time with family and friends and remember the many who have given much to ensure the privileges and freedoms we experience today in this great and beautiful country!!

Decadence & Elegance.

These were two of the words I had written down after our consultation with this client about their desired “vision” for their Christmas party for their hard working staff.

We took the concept of a classic, traditional style, high end steakhouse dinner and completely modernized and updated it into something fresh, unique, stunning, delicious and totally memorable.

We had so much fun adding our culinary creativity and flavor flair to this menu! We even custom created a sausage bites sampler inspired by our clients!!

Guests were greeted with hand crafted, custom designed butter boards and I accompanied them by fresh, homemade sourdough from my favorite local baker.

Appetizers were an assortment of colorful and delicious items, sure to appease every palate, and for dinner, they were able to enjoy Brandon’s fresh carved prime rib station.

For dessert the clients wanted a large table full of assorted items, including gluten free options. I chose some fun flavors like a homemade pistachio buttercream that was incredible, a lovely tiramisu buttercream with just the right amount of coffee and mascarpone cream, several different cheesecake options with homemade toppings, and a light and airy peanut butter mousse, just to name a few!

We had a wonderful time stepping into the kitchen again for this special occasion in January and we hope that the clients, as well as their guests, savored every moment ❤️ We know we certainly did!!

The last meal we had the privilege of serving at the staff retreat was a real feast of flavors!!

From delicious & juicy house marinated meats to freshly seasoned black beans and every glorious topping you could imagine, we put some real flavor and flair into our street taco luncheon!

And the best way to wrap up a kickin’ good meal?! Cooling it down with smooth, creamy and oh so tasty banana bread bars with brown butter frosting.

Classic.
Delicious.
Perfection.

Breakfast is a whole mood when it’s cold and snowy and you are up bright and early!

Feeding 100 men & women, all with unique nutritional needs during the most important meal of the day required us to craft a menu that was pliable and all encompassing!!

We think our BUILD YOUR OWN BREAKFAST BOWL menu hit all of the marks for every one in attendance and provided them with the nutrition required for a long day of learning and development!

Feeling snacky??!!

This team sure was!! Long days of training and team building call for a good snack break to keep your mind awake and active during that afternoon session.

We wanted to do something fun, approachable, and something that the staff could munch on throughout the remainder of their training session for the day.

We had something on the books that we have been filled with anticipation about executing!! We were thoroughly excited and honored to spend 3 days in one of our favorite places in North Dakota, catering for one of our favorite groups in the service industry!!

Our first service for them was a quick, filling and delicious lunch during a corporate staff training. We wanted to make sure that when serving something like sandwiches and soup, we added lots of special touches, used fresh ingredients and of course had the creamiest, most flavorful homemade soup you could imagine! We finished their lunch off with our monster cookie bars…..MMMM😋

We were excited to share some high quality, well thought out and tasty sandwich options with them, especially our house made , one of a kind chicken salad!

We hope they enjoyed this first installment of our services during our time with them…..just as much as we enjoyed putting it together!

Happy Birthday to my handsome husband and best friend!

Today we celebrate you…who you are and who God has intricately designed you to be. I am so grateful for your strength, integrity, support, dedication to our family, and unconditional love. These last couple months have been such a roller coaster and I can’t imagine having faced it with anyone but you by my side.

You are an amazing father.
You are a blessing to others.
You are a talented, hard worker.
You are a thoughtful and caring man.
You are an overcomer.
You are my favorite adventure partner and Archer’s favorite person in the world!

Watching you grow and transform over the last couple of years has been such an honor and I can’t wait to see what God has in store for you in this next year! You were already amazing, yet somehow you are just getting better and better with every year that passes 😉 Aging like a fine wine, my love 😍

With everything we’ve had going on, I wish I could have taken you somewhere special because you definitely deserve it! You have been my back bone throughout this last month ❤️ But we have had the most special weekend together- making memories with Archer and celebrating YOU!!

As we conclude our walk down memory lane, celebrating the last 3 years of our business adventure with Faith Filled Foods, today on our 3 year anniversary date, we are also celebrating a new chapter.

We are so grateful to our customers, clients and friends who have supported our journey over the last 3 years! From meals, to Christmas parties, to small gatherings, to weddings, graduations and milestone birthday celebrations, we have been honored to be a part of some of your favorite memories.

As we step forward into the chapter God is calling us to next, we will be closing the chapter on our Faith Filled Foods journey. We have learned so much, and worked so hard. We are grateful and proud of all that we accomplished in our short journey, and that God opened the doors for us to step into this journey together.

We are also thankful to close this chapter and are expectant and excited about what is next!! We are especially looking forward to more time together as a family ❤️

Thank you, thank you and we will hope to see you on the other side of the table!!

Our charcuterie boards instantly became a hit for parties large, small and everywhere in between!!

While anyone can throw together a tasty meat & cheese platter, at Faith Filled Foods, we believe the magic of an amazing charcuterie comes from cultivating the perfect balance of textures, flavor profiles and colors. Couple that with unique ingredients, and an immense amount of time, attention to detail, hand cut meats & cheeses and lots of creative touches!! And voila 😙
