Summer is almost over and we want to eat hotdogs today, but not just any hotdogs. Today we are featuring our Sonoran style hotdogs or commonly known as “dogos” in Mexico. What are they? A cheese filled hotdog bacon wrapped and grilled; finally topped with grilled onions and peppers and a delicious creamy chipotle sauce.

This week we said good bye to Jake. Hays local, but a student at K-State. He has worked with us during school breaks and we are happy (but sad) to see him go again. This time he is not going to the little apple; instead he is heading to the big apple to spend a year in school there. Have fun in New York Jake. See you soon.
