Hi again 🤪, we are trying to post when we’ve had multiple of the same q’s asked, pertaining to the business.
We are looking for a quick sale. We closed the business in September and will not be opening back up.

It is a leased building. Rent is $995/month.
Yes, it used to be Mika’s pizza and is in that same spot. It is a big building in a fantastic location. It has a walkin cooler, large two door stainless cooler,
3 compartment sink, vegetable sink, 2 bathrooms, large Hobart dough mixer, dough press, pellet ice machine, pizza make-line, pizza cut table/storage, 1 large #10 size can rack, 8 tables with booth seating, 3- 2 person tables, a very large salad bar, a pizza oven, a square POS system, a covered back porch with a pull up spot with plenty of space to pull up a food truck for prep, all of the recipes and much more.
We have been closed more than open ever since COVID, therefore, sales records that I have, do not do it justice for the business it would do if it were open full time & did do before COVID, when it was open full time.

Hey everyone,
it is with great sadness, we are selling our pizza place in Hayesville Nc. It was formerly Mika’s Pizza and Romas Pizzeria. The business is a goldmine but we are not staffed enough to run a business with this much demand. It has the only salad bar in Hayesville and is a favorite place to many. It is set up and ready to go. We will have this posted for one week and then will start selling equipment etc.
