Today we celebrate the heavenly birthday of Jason.
Over the years he taught me so many things about cooking and plating up food. No matter how I tried, I never mastered the skill of making his Shrimp and Grits and I probably will never make anything as beautiful as he did on a plate.
His knife skills were amazing! He taught me how to cut an onion only because he wanted me to still have my fingertips.
He was not one to want to be celebrated or bragged on.
Today let’s share our memories or maybe a favorite dish he made for you.
Happy Birthday in heaven Jason. You are missed everyday.
