📣 We need y’all’s input! 🍽️

When we’re not open for crawfish, we’re thinking about having a local gal with a food truck come park here one or two weekdays for lunch. Before we commit, we want to hear from Hayes locals & surrounding areas 👀👇

Here are some menu ideas she shared with us — let us know what you think AND what’s missing that you’d want to chomp down on!

🌮 Taco Tuesday Options

• Street tacos
• Mexican street corn
• Quesadillas
• Loaded nachos
• Taco potatoes

🍛 Plate Lunch Fridays

• Meatball stew, peas & bread
• BBQ pork steak, beans, rice & dressing
• Pork roast, rice & gravy, green beans & a roll
• Liver & onions, rice & gravy, corn & bread
• Spaghetti madness, garlic bread & green beans
• Brown bag special: burger or cheeseburger, chips & a drink

📚 Hayes School Teachers & Staff:
If y’all are interested, please let us know! She is willing to offer FREE delivery to the school for call-ahead & pay orders, with one designated delivery time slot per day.
