A couple of tips when enrolling:
⭐️The only requirements for registering a rider are name, address, phone number, email, and emergency contact information.
⭐️The only requirements for registering your horse are name, breed, and color.

Most people don’t think too much about flour, or the process to get that goodness.

But behind every loaf, scone, muffin, and croissant is a grain, a farmer, a mill, and a story.

We’ve been incorporating stone-milled flour from Dry Storage, where grains are carefully sourced from farmers committed to sustainable growing practices and milled slowly on granite stones to preserve flavor, character, and nutrition.

Good ingredients matter. Not because they’re trendy, but because you can taste the difference.

From the field to the mill to your morning pastry, we’re grateful to be part of the journey.

Check out the wheat growing at our entrance. (Shout out to Gina Elizabet Solorzano) Bringing the grain even closer to you, us, and the whole of the community. It is such a cool looking plant!
