Chef is starting to spill the beans about the new exciting summer dinner menu. Here is the black bean tostada layered with crispy blue corn tortillas, Mexican corn salad, rice and quinoa pilaf, pico de gallo, and guacomole finished with cumin tomato vinaigrette and queso blanco cheese. Satisfying for everyone. Let's all shout ole for the upcoming menu.

Pork Chop. Chef Adam is currently serving the pork with a shallot potato hash with applewood smoked bacon, braised cabbage, Brussel sprouts, and spring berry relish which is sweet and savory.
