Father God,
As students and teachers head back to school today, we lift each one of them up to You. 🤍
Place Your hand of protection over every child walking through those school doors. Give them confidence when they feel nervous, courage when they face challenges, and kindness toward those around them.
Bless our teachers with patience, wisdom, energy, and compassion. Give them the strength to pour into their students each day and remind them that the work they do matters.
Lord, surround our schools with Your peace. Protect every classroom, hallway, bus, playground, and activity. Help our students choose kindness, stand up for one another, and be a light wherever they go.
For the parents sending their babies back to school, give them peace as they release their children into another year. Remind us that while we may not be able to walk beside them every moment, You can.
May this school year be filled with growth, friendships, learning, courage, and countless opportunities to see Your goodness.
