There is this little phenomena known as synesthesia, derived from Greek words meaning “to perceive together”

It causes sensory crossovers like tasting a word or seeing colors when hearing music.

Chris tastes in color and not in a way that might make sense to most people. It is not necessarily the natural color of the food.

So this week he wanted to show people food through their own natural colors. Nothing artificial. No dyes or tricks. Just nature’s beauty-simplified.
