In honor of Nick and Kathy Allen’s years of dedication to not only our community but also everyone’s favorite, the Lincoln County Fair we at Charlie’s Parlor are offering .50cents off a Cup a’ Nick or a Chocolate ice cream! (These would have been their favorites). It’s only fitting that we enjoy some of their favorites during fair week!
