🦀 They’re Here! Fresh Live Crabs Have Arrived! 🦀

We just received a few bushels of live blue crabs, and today couldn’t be a better day to crack into a dozen!

The clouds are keeping the sun at bay, the breeze is blowing, and temperatures are staying comfortable. It’s one of those perfect Chesapeake days to kick back on the deck with a cold drink, a table full of crabs, and great company.

Skip the heat, soak up the waterfront views, and let us do the steaming and remember we DON’T pre-steam and reheat your crabs. That’s why we require reservations so your crabs go on just 30 minutes before you arrive!

As we wrap up this Independence Day weekend, we’re reminded that the American Dream is still alive.

🌞 Due to the extreme heat, Water Street Seafood will be opening for dinner service only today (July 4th), beginning at 4:00 PM.

Our kitchen is small, and when temperatures climb like this, it becomes an incredibly difficult environment for our team. After talking with the crew, we decided the right thing to do is give them a break during the hottest part of the day.

We know this may inconvenience some of our lunch guests, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding. Taking care of the people who take care of you is important to us.

We’ll be ready to welcome you at 4:00 PM with cold drinks, fresh seafood, and a cool place to escape the heat. Thank you for your continued support and understanding. ❤️
