We serve only the highest quality meats smoked low and slow every day. Our beef brisket is Certified Angus Beef, smoked in the traditional way for 12 -16 hours. Our smoked halved chickens are juicy and moist, and the smoked St.Louis cut pork spare ribs are meaty and oh so tender! Our pork BBQ is smoked low and slow in the traditional Texas style, is pulled by hand every day, and lightly mixed with our own Eastern Carolina inspired sauce. All our meats are served with our piping hot house made sweet red sauce, on the side, of course, "if it's real BBQ it doesn't need sauce."
