Dear Friends,

This may not be as relevant to our Long Island customers but if you happen to know someone that frequents our East Village location, we would appreciate it if you forwarded them this announcement.

Some of you may have already heard the news that our building is going away! Kotobuki in the East Village will be forced to move to a new location. Our new space has not been finalized but fear not, we’re not leaving you high and dry. Everyone will still be able to order delivery through our website and various delivery apps. One of the benefits of our dine-in services on temporary hiatus is that we’ll be able to focus on servicing a larger delivery area than before. Our new hours will be Mon-Fri 12:00-2:30pm, 4:30-9:00pm and Sat-Sun 4:30-9:00pm.

We’ve stayed in our current location for as long as possible but it’s time to move on. But we won’t go far! The East Village has been our home, community and family. Kotobuki will be back with the same high quality food and ambiance that you’ve come to expect and enjoy. We plan on bringing exciting new menu items that are destined to become some of your favorites. We’re excited for this time and plan on using it to grow with our East Village community for years to come. We love it here just as much as you do!

We would like to notify everyone that Kotobuki is now exclusively partnering with Doordash for deliveries and will be phasing out other delivery platforms. If ordering from Kotobuki Mahattan, customers will have the option to use Caviar OR Doordash. We hope this change will allow us to maximize the personal attention given to the food we prepare and the customers we serve. Thank you everyone for your continued patronage and we look forward to having you dine with us.

We've actually been operating at 100% capacity for awhile now but wanted to take the time to make it official and thank everyone for their continued patronage. We wish everyone health, happiness, and the opportunity to share those precious moments with friends and family. Happy Holidays everyone. Just a reminder that Kotobuki Roslyn and Manhattan are open on Christmas Day while Hauppauge and Babylon will be resting that day. All locations will be open on New Year’s day but for dinner service only! Thanks for your support this year. Best wishes from your friends at Kotobuki.

Long Island is beginning Phase 3 and we're resuming dine-in service on Wednesday for Lunch and Dinner at Hauppauge, Babylon, and Roslyn locations. It's going to be a learning experience for us all so please bear with us while we get settled in. Our restaurants will be operating at 50% capacity and we're doing our best to implement the NYS Health Department's best practices. We welcome you to dine with us.

We are trying something new. If you would like to place an order for pickup, you can place it online through Chownow. Check our website (www.kotobukirestaurants.com/order/) for your nearest Kotobuki’s Chownow order page. Tuesday through Sunday, 4:30pm - 9pm. Closed Mondays. Menus are on our website.

We miss having diners in the restaurant, so this photo of Kotobuki Roslyn (a few months ago) seems appropriate for . Delivery and take-out is available however, Tues-Sun 4:30pm - 9:00pm. We hope everyone is taking care of themselves and staying healthy!

Our typical April 1st traditions will have to take a backseat to more pressing matters but despite our shared hardships, we hope everyone can find opportunities to share moments of levity and spread good humor to those they care about. It’s important, especially now.
