🧁 WE’RE GROWING — AND LOOKING FOR ANOTHER BAKER! 🍪

Due North GF Bakery & Goods is looking for a part-time to full-time baker to join our team in Hatton, ND!

If you love to bake, take pride in what you make, and enjoy working as part of a team, we’d love to hear from you. Professional bakery experience is not required. Previous baking experience is preferred—even if that experience comes from your own kitchen!

And don’t let the words gluten-free scare you. 😊 You do NOT need gluten-free baking experience. We’ve developed our own proprietary flour blends that work similarly to traditional flour, along with proven recipes and processes that we’ll teach you. If you already know your way around a kitchen, we can teach you the gluten-free part!

What you’ll be baking:
• Cookies
• Bars
• Cupcakes & cakes
• Quick breads
• Caramel & cinnamon rolls
• And other Due North favorites

This is a daytime position with somewhat flexible hours. Start times are generally between 6:00–8:00 AM, with shifts ending no later than 5:00 PM, depending on production needs and the number of hours you’re looking for.

Starting pay is based on experience and demonstrated baking ability. We’re happy to train the right person, and there is opportunity to grow as your skills and responsibilities grow.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, pays attention to detail, is willing to learn, and can work efficiently while maintaining quality. We take a lot of pride in what leaves our bakery, but we also work in a production environment where teamwork and keeping things moving matter.

If baking is something you genuinely enjoy and you’d like to be part of a small, growing bakery where what you make means a whole lot to the people who buy it, we’d love to talk to you. 💙

The gluten-free food truck is at the Grand Forks Street Fair today until 6:00 pm!

Due North has had great feedback on the quality of the gluten-free cheese curds and corn dogs sold at BZ Concessions.

Yep. You read that right. 😍

Golden, crispy corn dogs and gooey, battered cheese curds — made with Due North’s own gluten-free flour blend and mixes.

Because being gluten-free shouldn’t mean standing on the sidelines while everyone else gets the good stuff. ❤️

These were created to taste like the fair food you remember — crispy on the outside, delicious on the inside, and so good that nobody needs to know they’re gluten-free. 😉

Mary has been working hard to keep it stocked. She worked all winter and made 450 jars. After 3 weeks of farmer’s markets she had completely sold out! 😵‍💫 But don’t worry, she’s made more. Now that’s a good sign for great jellies/jams. 🤩
