“Specialty” isn’t just coffee with a nicer name. ☕️

It starts with the coffee itself and carries through every step to the cup.

There’s no better way to celebrate than with our customers that make it possible 💜☕️💜☕️

Mrs. Patty and Mr. Don have been a light to our store, fellow customers and our team. We are incredibly sad to see them moving to Tennessee 🥺 To know them is to love them ❤️ They would always encourage me and our team and were always a joy to be around. See below what some of our current and past employees say about how special they have been to us and how they have impacted so many. It’s our customers that keep us going and what makes our local coffee shop so special. These 2 certainly know what it means to love others 🫶🙏 We wish them the best!!!

“They were always so kind to me each time I worked and I knew they would always make me feel better after a long day!” -Maci

“They were so sweet! They always went out of their way to make sure you were having a good day!” -Bailey

“Mrs. Patty and Mr. Don have been the light in the corner of our shop since I first started working here. With easy conversation and bright smiles, I am sad to see them go, but even more excited for their journey! I’m sure they will be the favorites wherever they go 💗” -Brooke

- “My fiancé and I worked at PJs back in 2022-2024, and we were always welcomed by Mrs. Patty and Mr. Don. They remembered everything we ever told them, and always checked up on the progress of our wedding planning and schooling. PJ’s won’t be the same without them!” -Audrey

“They always brought a smile to my face every time they came in. They were so kind and caring, always asking about how we’re doing and checking in on us. I miss them and wish them the best!❤️” -Anna
