One year ago today, I closed on my very first commercial property…a dream that once felt so far away. What was once an old building is now being transformed into the future home of Royal Spices.
I saw an opportunity to invest in myself, invest in my community, and create something that would outlive me. I saw a place where families could gather, jobs could be created, and memories could be made. Most importantly, I saw the future home of Royal Spices.

The journey hasn’t been easy. There have been delays, setbacks, unexpected challenges, and moments where the finish line has felt so far away. But through it all, God has remained faithful.

Today, I’m reminded that progress doesn’t always happen overnight. Sometimes it happens one prayer, and one act of faith at a time.

I’m grateful for everyone who has supported, encouraged, and believed in this vision. The doors may not be open yet, but we’re one step closer than we were on June 12th last year.

Happy 1-year anniversary to the future home of Royal Spices-House Of Noell . The best is yet to come. ❤️

A vision requires patience🙏🏾

Progress on our renovations has been slower than expected, but we’re continuing to move forward one step at a time. Every day brings us closer to reopening our doors and putting your favorite Creole Pasta back where it belongs…on your table🍽️

The journey hasn’t been as quick as we planned, but GODS plan take time. We’re trusting the process, staying focused on the vision, and committed to creating a space that will be worth the wait.

Thank you for your patience, support, and for staying with us through this chapter. We’re not there yet, but we’re getting closer every day.

✨ The vision is still alive. The progress is still happening. And the pasta is coming back.

Last week may not have looked like progress on the surface with all the rain slowing things down, but every season has its purpose.

Week before last, the old cooler at the back of the property was torn down and the digging began to prepare for the footings for our addition. The weather had other plans and heavy rain washed away what had been dug, meaning some work has to be redone.

We’re stepping into this week hopeful, excited, and expecting progress. Clear skies, productive days, and continued movement ahead as we continue bringing Royal Spices “House of Noell to life”.

Today we’re sharing a few demo photos from the beginning stages of our renovation and build process for what will become the new home of Royal Spices

This property is currently in poor condition, and to many people it may simply look like an old building full of damage and debris. But what looks like trash to someone else looks like treasure to me. I can already see the vision, the purpose, and the potential for what this space will become.

This journey has required faith, patience, sacrifice, and perseverance. There have been moments where the process felt overwhelming, but I truly believe GOD placed this vision in my heart for a reason. Every wall torn down, every load of debris removed, and every difficult decision is simply part of building something greater.

We are not just renovating a building, we are building a home for our business, a place where people will gather, celebrate, eat, laugh, and create memories for years to come.

The process may not always be pretty, but purpose rarely begins polished.

Thank you to everyone continuing to support, encourage,and believe in us during this transition. We cannot wait to show you what this space will become💙

Warm, buttery lobster paired with melted cheese and toasted bread that had a way of speaking for itself.
