Well, now that the time is coming closer, we can let you in on a little more info. As many of you know, our youngest daughter (Jessica) is our ONLY other FULL time employee. She primarily runs the lakeside kitchen & prep work. Well due to certain circumstances in her life she has decided to “take a step back”. She will not be with us full time and no longer be doing “day to day” operations; as she will be starting a new journey of her own homeschooling her 2 children. She will still be doing a few “behind the scene” things for us yet. We are looking for someone to “replace” her with the day to day operations. This can be a part/full time position depending on the hours you are wanting to work. (Weekends are a MUST!). We are hoping to get this position filled and trained before she “leaves” us in September.

So now that you are all aware please also be aware we possibly might have to rethink our hours of operations in the near future if we do not find the right candidate to fill this position. So in advance we thank you for all the understanding & continued support for our small, family owned business throughout these years!

UpDaTe:
Lisa had her surgery yesterday. Everything went EXTREMELY well! She went home same day. She is already up and walking around. Feeling very well. Of course we do not want to exert her so we will be closed this weekend as posted prior; and focusing on our catering jobs. We are very grateful it went well & recovery is looking good for Lisa. We appreciate all your thoughts & prayers gone out to Lisa! We will see you all next week when Lisa is back at 100%.
