🇺🇸 Holiday Weekend & Store Hours Update 🇺🇸

We’ll be closed Today, July 4th and Tomorrow, July 5th to give our team a well-deserved holiday weekend and a chance to recharge after working through the extreme heat.

We’ll reopen Tuesday, July 7th at 11am and we’re excited to announce that Tuesdays are officially back!

Our new permanent hours are:

Monday: CLOSED
Tuesday: 11 AM – 7 PM
Wednesday: 11 AM – 8 PM
Thursday: 11 AM – 8 PM
Friday: 11 AM – 8 PM
Saturday: 12 PM – 8 PM
Sunday: 12 PM – 7 PM

What better way to kick off our very first Burger of the Month than with the burger that started it all?

Back in 2020, before Bleigh Street on York existed, I made this burger out of my parents’ house. Everyone thought I was crazy…

A PB&J burger?

Then people tried it… and it became one of our most requested specials.

Also what’s more American than a PB&J.

So it’s back for July.

WOW!! This past week was the busiest in our short history.

Since the viral video from TwoChomp, we sold more cheesesteak mozzarella sticks than we did in all of February and March combined. That’s honestly crazy to us. Our hands hurt lol.

We’re beyond grateful for everyone who showed love, supported us, and spoke highly of the food. It means everything.

At the same time, we know not every experience was perfect, and for that we’re sorry. We’re still learning and growing, and this kind of volume is something you can’t fully prepare for.

This week pushed us to our limits, but it also made us better. We’re building, adjusting, and getting stronger because of it.

We made it through another week… and we’re just getting started. Thank you thank you thank you to everyone that showed out. We love you all! ❤️

We’re closed tomorrow (Tuesday) and it’s intentional. This past weekend pushed us to a level we’ve never experienced before. We got hit with more love and support than we could’ve imagined, and to be honest with you… it exposed where we need to be better. So instead of forcing it and falling short, we’re taking the day to reset, prep, and get ahead of it the right way. We’re going all in, stocking up, dialing in our systems, and making sure we’re ready for what’s coming next.

We’ll be back Wednesday and ready for whatever you throw at us.

Yesterday was the busiest day we’ve ever had. Thank you to everyone who showed love.

Today we’re keeping things tight so we can reset and keep the quality where it needs to be.

Sundays are a smaller crew for us, so with the volume we’ve been seeing, we have to limit what we take on.

We’re opening at 12 and going until we sell out. And we will sell out.

No online orders today.

First off, thank you. Seriously. The love and support the past few days has been unreal.

Big shoutout to TwoChomp for the video that’s now pushing 500k views across platforms. It’s brought a level of traffic we honestly weren’t physically or mentally prepared for, in the best way possible.

With that being said, we want to be transparent with everyone

At certain times, when the kitchen gets overwhelmed with tickets, we have to temporarily shut off phone orders and online ordering. This isn’t something we want to do, but with a small team and limited space, it’s the only way we can keep the quality where it needs to be and not fall behind.

If you’ve been trying to call and couldn’t get through that’s why. The phones aren’t broken, we just have to pause things for a bit to catch up.

Also, we WILL sell out of certain items (especially the cheesesteak mozzarella sticks and other high-volume items). We prep as much as we physically can, but there’s only so much we can produce in a day.

We truly apologize for any inconvenience, and we appreciate everyone’s patience more than you know. This is all growing pains, and we’re working every day to get better and handle the volume.
