Well... it's probably time for an update.

A lot of people have been checking in, asking how things are going and where Yankee Bill's will be reopening. The truth is, we've been so busy building that we haven't spent much time talking about it.

Since the fire, our days have been filled with planning, permits, inspections, deliveries, construction, problem-solving, and a seemingly endless list of projects. Some days have felt like huge victories. Other days have reminded us that building a restaurant is not for the faint of heart. Through it all, we've kept moving forward.

One question we get asked almost daily is where Yankee Bill's will be reopening. Right now, our focus is on bringing Yankee Bill's back to life in Delton.

While we'll always be grateful for the memories made at our original location, every ounce of our energy is currently going into creating something special in Delton.

The exciting part is that the vision we've been carrying around in our heads for so long is finally becoming reality. The building is really starting to come together. There is still plenty left to do, but for the first time, it feels like the finish line is somewhere out there in front of us.

We're currently targeting a late summer opening. As soon as we have a date we're confident putting on the calendar, you'll be the first to know.

To everyone who has followed along, checked in on us, offered encouragement, and continued to support Yankee Bill's through this journey—thank you. We truly couldn't do this without you.

We're not there yet, but we're getting closer every day.
