They will be offering their comfort food along with a commissary kitchen for food truck operators.

Slow cooked on the rotisserie to perfection! Enjoy them lightly seasoned, sauce on the side, or ask them to be tossed in one of our homemade teriyaki or Buffalo sauces! Delish!!!

Here we are featuring our Smokin' Skins!

Baked potatoes, hand scooped and filled with your choice of rotisserie meats: pulled pork, brisket, or chicken. Can't decide, then make it a combo! Also filled with bacon, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and a drizzle of bbq sauce!

Here, they are shown "loaded," which is topped with lettuce and tomatoes! A household favorite!
