3 more gigs to go then I’m jumping on a plane on Monday night and headed to Oz for Coopers 4th birthday and Imogen’s 33rd. They live just north of Melbourne while the farm is just south of Adelaide

I’ll be spending time between Melbourne and Adelaide and driving in between as per the rough area highlighted on the map downunder 🙃

So … if you want some interaction and maybe get me to post a picture from a unique place in between, open your favourite map app and have a search around between the two and see if you can find an interesting spot for me to visit, photograph and report back on, oh and the requirements should be that any photo I post has to have Aussie Tucker like a meat pie or a vanilla slice or an unusual road sign so look for bakeries or sightseeing hot spots.

Anyone want to have some fun. I know in the past many people have enjoyed our posts from afar. It’ll peak your interest in this part of Australia and maybe one day you’ll say, hey Davo why don’t you organize a tour for us all to come along on and I’ll rent a bus.

I’m headed to Oz for my grandsons 4th birthday (yay Cooper) and Tina is spending time with her Mum and family

Had a great morning listening to the AFL Wildcard elimination final between Carlton Blues and Melbourne Demons.

Tried to get it streaming on TV but no luck so ABC radio Australia fed me the match blow by blow.

Blues triumphant by 19 and onto the next elimination final against Geelong Cats next weekend

Spoke with mate Andrew and his son, Ash at half time and again after the siren as well as getting an awesome message from my grandson and son-in-law as they watched the game at home in Victoria.

We hatched 12 Turtles and only 3 are reserved so far but if you miss out we will also have our beautiful fruit pavlova and our Tim Tam bourbon caramel infused pavlova onboard but we all know they aren’t the main prize 🏆
