Ethan Chang . .coffee store partner for our newest store in Nanuet, NY. Like our store partners so far, Ethan too was a customer of Roast’d first. He loved what he saw from his very first visit to the Fort Lee store, and decided to explore more. Soon he began working there and immersed himself learning Roast'd philosophy. And here he is, two years later from his first visit, ready to serve you at his own Roast'd store!

Ethan brings a variety of experiences as he embarks on this journey. After a few years working in finance, he traveled the world for missionary work, and along the way picked up experience in hospitality, fine dining, and construction fields. All of which came in handy and you can see that reflected in the new store's interior design and esthetics. A born entrepreneur, Ethan says that missionary life has taught him some basic tenets that he hopes will serve him well: pursue something you truly want to do, risk is always a factor, and patience is truly a virtue.

I am thrilled to welcome Ethan to the Roast'd team.
