Y’all already know we’re popping off today! 🔥

Just a heads up — we WILL be open today from 11 AM until 8 PM, but we will be CLOSED Saturday and Sunday in observance of Memorial Day weekend. So today is the day to come get your fix! 🇺🇸

And guess what, guys… we normally save this one for Sunday, but we’re running it TODAY! 👀

Happy Sunday Good People!! ☀️🦞💜💚💛

Family time by the bayou today and we truly appreciate every single person that pulled up to eat, laugh, fellowship and enjoy the vibes with us at LJ’z Backyard Bayou! From families gathered around the table, to the bikers rolling through, to the babies smiling and making memories… THIS is what it’s all about. 🙌🏾

We were also honored to have members from Saint Andrews Anglican Church come fellowship with us today. Thank y’all for the love, support, and great conversation. We truly appreciate y’all spending part of your Sunday with us! ❤️

Good morning, food family! 🦞🔥

Today’s special at LJ’z Backyard Bayou is our stuffed seafood bell pepper — loaded with seasoned rice and packed with sausage, shrimp, crab, and crawfish. Whew… it’s a whole meal by itself! Comes with TWO sides, so come hungry. 😋

And for my chicken gizzard lovers… yes sir, we got ’em hot and fresh! Deep fried and seasoned just right. You can grab them as an entrée with two delicious sides, or get them solo in a 16-ounce cup for snacking. Either way, they’re hitting every time.

And of course… the crawfish are rolling! 🦞

Today we had the honor of hosting the lovely ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated for lunch at LJ’z Backyard Bayou!! Thank y’all for bringing such beautiful energy, laughter, and class to the Bayou today!!

For those that didn’t know… AKA stands for Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated — the first historically African-American Greek-lettered sorority, founded in 1908! Much respect to these accomplished and inspiring women! 👏🏾

Now everything was going perfectly smooth… until we discovered one of the ladies was a Dallas Cowboys fan 🤦🏾‍♂️😂 but we decided not to put her out!!

Thank y’all again for dining with us and showing love to the Bayou. Y’all are welcome back anytime!!
