Today, we welcome our final team party of the 2026 baseball season—and before we turn the page on another Cooperstown summer, we want to say something very simple:

Thank you.

To every Dreams Park and All Star Village player, coach, parent, grandparent, sibling and friend who visited Jerry’s this season, thank you for choosing to make us part of your Cooperstown week.

We understand what these trips require: months of planning and fundraising, long drives and flights, early mornings, late nights, and a lot of hard-earned money. Your time here is limited, and you have countless places where you could choose to spend it.

We never take it lightly that so many of you chose to spend some of that time—and some of that money—with us.

Thank you for the team meals and family dinners. For filling the arcade, trading pins, ordering ice cream, taking over the booths and letting our little place become part of your team’s story.

Now, we’d love to see the season through your eyes.

Well, hello again, neighbors. ❤️

With Baseball’s summer season winding down, something wonderful happened this week—the locals came back and made Jerry’s feel like their place again.

It has been great seeing so many familiar faces, and we’re looking forward to settling into the quieter rhythm of late summer and fall with all of you.

A couple of schedule updates:

🍔 Beginning Monday, we’ll be open 11 AM–8 PM.

📅 We’ll be CLOSED this Saturday, August 29.

Thank you for giving Jerry’s such a great welcome back to the neighborhood. We missed you, too.

My mom sent me that first picture today. Sean and Ben sitting at the counter at Jerry’s with Pa—two little boys who had no idea how much of their childhood would unfold inside and around this place.

They grew up here. Running through the kitchen, eating more ice cream than they probably should have, learning to cook their own food, watching the busy nights—and eventually becoming part of the work themselves.

Now Sean is 17 and getting ready for his senior year. Ben is 14 and working beside us as our Sauce Boss.

Jerry’s has been a business, a dream, an adventure and, at times, one of the biggest sources of stress in our lives. But more than anything, it has been the backdrop to their childhood.

Somewhere between those old green-and-white floors and today, my little boys grew up.

Life really does move pretty fast

🏆 A quick shoutout to tonight’s 7:00 PM All-Star Party – the Sanford Spinners! 🕷️⚾

With so much conversation lately about team behavior while visiting Cooperstown, I wanted to recognize a team that truly stood out.

After spending the evening with the entire group—players, siblings, coaches, parents, and families—our staff unanimously gave the Sanford Spinners a 10/10.

They were respectful, polite, appreciative, and represented their community exceptionally well. Even more impressive, when they left, our private arcade was practically spotless. That kind of respect for a place that’s hosting your team doesn’t go unnoticed.

To the players, families, and coaches of the Sanford Spinners: thank you. You made our jobs easier, our night more enjoyable, and reminded us why we love hosting teams every summer.

Safe travels, enjoy the rest of your Cooperstown experience, and congratulations on raising such a great group of young athletes.

Some of our favorite moments aren't the busiest ones—they're the sweetest.

Tonight, one of our favorite father-and-daughter duos came in. They're regulars, and we always look forward to seeing them.

This time, Dad stood back while the little girl we've watched grow up confidently stepped up to the counter and proudly placed her order.

"Cotton candy ice cream..."

Then, with the biggest smile, she held up a little sandwich bag filled with marshmallows she'd brought from home.

"...and marshmallows!"

She finished it off with rainbow sprinkles, whipped cream, and, of course... a cherry. 🍒

It made all of us smile.

Sometimes it isn't about the ice cream at all. It's about watching kids grow up one visit at a time, remembering exactly how they like their sundae, and getting to be a small part of family traditions.

Those are the moments we love.
