This milestone pizza went to our new friend Valerie and features one of our house classics: The Rosati!

The Rosati consists of:
- San Marzano Tomato Red Sauce
- Mozzarella
- Goat Cheese
- Roasted Beets
- Roasted Peppers
- Garlic
- Red Onion
- Arugula

Every 1,000th pizza, we are reminded just how lucky we are to have all of you supporting our dreams and our community, thank each and every one of you for joining us on this journey 🍕

☀️ SPECIAL HARTSEL EVENT ☀️

Zuccaro's Kitchen will be opening at 12pm tomorrow, August 7th, to celebrate the grand opening of the Badger Basin Mercantile!

The Mercantile is the business that makes up the rest of our building. It has been closed for several years, but it is under new management and after a lot of renovations they are ready to rock and roll!

Ribbon cutting is tentatively set at 1pm ✂️

☀️ HAPPY HARTSEL DAYS!!! ☀️

First and foremost, we want to thank our amazing community for being a community worthy of such a celebration.

More than a decade ago, we started hanging around Hartsel more and more as we created a little camping getaway on our property just outside of town. Over the years, we made friends with many of the locals and our path was solidified. More than 5 years ago now, we took a major chance by establishing Zuccaro's Kitchen and moving out here full time.

We know that you know how unique and amazing this community is. Sure, there's the classic chaos of everyone knowing everyone, but more often than not it manifests in lending a hand, a ride, a hug, a favor, a tool, or just sharing a beer with a neighbor.

What we love about Hartsel Days is that gives us a chance to share this amazing community with people who don't know how special it is. We celebrate with ridiculous events, including the bed races, the panty polka, the duck challenge, the watermelon eating contest, the outhouse races, the coffin races, the booths and live music, and culminates with the parade that gives all of our community pillars a chance to shine.

Yes - it's a big weekend for us as a business, but it's an even bigger weekend for us as a sustainable ecosystem, cohabitating and making sure we help everyone around us succeed.

So thank you - to our community, to our friends, to everyone that made Hartsel Days 2026 happen!

Hartsel Days is THIS WEEKEND, August 1st and 2nd. Join us as we celebrate our amazing community through a variety of fun, interesting, and unique events.

Hartsel and its surrounding area is such a unique mountain town with so many kind and unique individuals - we love living here and spending our days with all of them 🖤🖤 We'd love for you all to join us in celebrating and supporting this one-of-a-kind community in the beautiful Colorado mountains.

🥪 For us specifically, we will be honoring our annual specials featuring Greg's pulled pork sandwiches and our special Hartsel Days sides.

🎶 We will also be featuring live music:
