Doing what it takes to make it right and being creative is just part of the job. We had to make a last-minute adjustment yesterday when our 4’ charcuterie board wouldn’t fit in the client’s cooler. I got creative, kept my cool & secured an alternative and made it look good. We hope all attendees enjoyed it. Thanks Holly Jess from Edn Farm for trusting me!
