Our house-made five onion dip and focaccia is a delicious way to start your meal. Sweet, yellow, red, white and spring onions are roasted in the fire to concentrate the sugars, and then combined with sour and heavy creams to create a sweet, savory and slightly smoky flavor. Paired with a glass of bubbles or a craft brew, it’s a wonderful duet!

Our miso Scottish salmon is fire-roasted, then rested on a bed of luscious cauliflower purée, and finished with carmelized cauliflower medallions, capers and olive oil. And to keep things light and bright, our Einz Zwei Zero sparkling Riesling is a delicious N/A pour that’s bright and crisp, with notes of apple and pear. A match made in heaven!

Our second annual Mother’s Day feast was a smashing success! The entire crew worked so hard to put out a phenomenal buffet of roasted meats and vegetables, eggs benedict, charcuterie platters, smoked fish plates, tuna crudo, breads, special pastries and much, much more.

The Sazerac is a historic cocktail originating in the 1830s, credited to apothecary Antoine Peychaud. Originally, it used Sazerac-de-Forge et Fils cognac, but in the 1870s, American rye whiskey was substituted. We craft ours with Willet 4 year rye, Peychaud’s bitters, an absinthe rinse and a lemon twist. It’s an elegant toast for any occasion, and we have a full flight of crafted cocktails as well. SPRING SPECIAL!!
It’s that time when Wisconsin provides some wonderful spring delicacies. Our ramp toast is a celebration of wild foraged ramps (or wild leeks), fiddlehead ferns and asparagus. Roasted, then tossed with spring greens, olive oil, lemon juice, Maldon sea salt and a touch of chili flake. It’s finished on a layer of creamy goat cheese amd feta on our grilled sourdough toast. It’s a delicious balance between brightness, umami and crunch.

We’re thrilled to host Unico Zelo, one of our absolute favorite winemakers for a tasting for several of their amazing Australian varietals. We love their commitment to sustainable practices and passion for natural winemaking.

This is a super casual, open and communal gathering, so we’ll have snacks and lots of delicious wines ready for you!
