With more than 10 years of experience in events, Carolyn brings a passion for creating memorable experiences and meaningful guest connections to the team. When asked what drew her to Bartolotta Restaurants, she shared:

From pasture to plate, our Wagyu Showcase brought together remarkable cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, fine wines, and the incredible talent of chefs across The Bartolotta Restaurants — all alongside special guest Joe Thomas.

Guests enjoyed an extraordinary lineup of passed canapés, chef stations, and decadent desserts highlighting the unmatched flavor and craftsmanship of Hall of Fame Farms Wagyu, thoughtfully paired with select wines and bourbon cocktails.

We named this restaurant with that spirit in mind.
