One of our favorite things to do together as a family is cook hibachi! Jason does a fantastic job, and after enjoying it around our own family table so many times, we decided it was time to bring it to yours!

We’re making Thursday night supper EASY, DELICIOUS, and AFFORDABLE!

🥢 FAMILY HIBACHI PAN – $50
A FULL 3 pounds of chicken served with fried rice and vegetables! Generous portions to feed a family of 6 to 8!

🍤 CHICKEN & SHRIMP HIBACHI PAN – $60
A delicious combination of chicken, shrimp, fried rice, and vegetables. Also generously feeds 6 to 8!

🥢 MEDIUM PANS – $30
Don’t need a full family pan? We’ve got you covered with a smaller medium pan!

And you KNOW we couldn’t serve hibachi without Jason’s delicious made-from-scratch Yum Yum Sauce!

For less than $10 per person with our chicken family pan, you can put a delicious, home-cooked supper on the table without doing any of the cooking or cleaning!

What I love about Sunday…

Our staff is all smiles this morning, even though many still don’t have power. We’ve gone to friends and family for showers so we could come ready to serve you today.

A storm has a way of bringing people closer together. It slows us down, quiets the noise, and reminds us to be grateful for the everyday things we so often take for granted.

Today, count your blessings and name them one by one. We’re certainly counting ours—including our wonderful team and each of you.

We have a great Sunday meal ready, and there’s a place for you around Ketchem’s tables. Come join us.

❤️ GOOD NEWS! KETCHEM’S WILL BE OPEN TOMORROW! ❤️

We are so thankful that our power was restored this afternoon, and we will be open tomorrow for business as usual!

We know many of our friends and neighbors are still without power. If that’s you, please come join us around our table. Let us do the cooking while you enjoy a good, home-cooked Sunday lunch in a cool, comfortable place.

There’s just something special about gathering around a table, especially after a storm. We have so much to be thankful for, and we would love to share a meal and some fellowship with you.

Our hearts are with everyone still waiting for their power to be restored. ❤️

WHAT. A. DAY. ❤️

I don’t even know where to begin, but I do know one thing. I have one incredible team, and I couldn’t be more proud of them!

Today we had THREE weddings to cater, nearly 600 people to feed, and NO POWER!

We hooked up generators, cooked with very little lighting, and worked with absolutely ZERO air conditioning. And let me tell you, cooking for 600 people with no air is HOT!

But here’s what makes me so proud. Not one person gave up. Nobody complained about the circumstances. We knew we had a job to do, three brides counting on us, and we were going to get it done no matter what!

And wouldn’t you know it, as we were loading the very last van, THE LIGHTS CAME BACK ON! THANK YOU, LORD! 🙌

I also want to sincerely thank the City of Hartford and Wiregrass Electric for staying in constant communication with us throughout the day. There are so many people working tirelessly to restore power to our communities, and we appreciate every single one of you.

Tonight, three brides and their families will enjoy beautiful wedding receptions, delicious food, and the service they deserve, just as if a storm had never come through.

I want to say one more thing from my heart.

Sometimes people tell us our prices are higher than others. And I won’t apologize for that. Today was a reminder of why. You’re not just paying for food. You’re paying for a team that shows up, figures it out, works through the unexpected, and delivers on a promise even when everything seems to be going wrong.

When you trust Ketchem’s with one of the most important days of your life, we take that responsibility seriously.

Today wasn’t easy. It wasn’t comfortable. But we got it done, and we got it done together.

To my entire Ketchem’s team, THANK YOU! You showed what hard work, dedication, teamwork, and pride in what we do really look like. I hope you know how much I appreciate every one of you.

God was good to us today. And we will be going home with a tired body, a grateful heart, and more pride in this team than I can put into words. ❤️
