This is the hardest post to make as we have already been down so much for the heat (4 days in 2 weeks), but as doing some research on the smoke today, it seems like as bad as it is even now, its going to get worse throughout the day as the core moves through. Not only is it bad to be outside as a customer, but the hood vent constantly pulling the heavily polluted air into the truck can harm not only the crew, but the food aswell. Its frustrating being in a small food truck versus a brick and mortar where air purification would be simple enough, but we are way more exposed to elements such as heat (from a lot of hot cooking equipment inside a small space) and air pollution (with the hood vent sucking the air from outside into our face and food). We will be closed at GOEMANS RAPID MART BP HARTFORD today as recommended by the state DNR, we sincerely apologize to anyone who has been craving our food. We prioritize customer, crew, and food safety over sales.

We will be open saturday at firemans park in Richfield for the Belshire Brewing Beer Garden 2pm-7pm, and resume normal scheduling next week!

GOEMANS ON THE OTHER HAND HAS FREE CLEAN AIR INSIDE! STOP ON IN FOR PIZZA, CHICKEN, AND DAILY SPECIALS!

Due to the risk of Cyclospora cayetanensis parasite outbreak in lettuce, we will not be serving ANY lettuce with any dish until the outbreak is rectified. I know lettuce really helps tie the wraps and bowls together for a light meal, but as you all know we take crew and customer safety very seriously, and do not want to risk your health just to be able to have lettuce.

If you think you have a problem with parasites, please contact your medical provider immediately! As parasites can dig into your organs and live there for many years causing chronic problems. Yearly natural detoxification is recommended, and I personally would point you to WELLNESS FOR LIFE in west bend for any natural health, chiropractic and much more. If you have regular medical doctor please keep them informed if you decide to go a natural healing route, as natural medicine is wonderful, modern diagnostic is needed aswell. Personally I use medical doctors to diagnose, and natural doctor to treat.

Stay safe from heat, air, parasites, awe who are we kidding, theres a lot going on right now, just STAY SAFE!

AS AIR IS TO GET WORSE THROUGHT THE DAY AS THE CORE MOVES THROUGH, THE STATE DNR IS TELLING EVERYONE TO STAY INDOORS. AS FAR AS TRUCK OPERATIONS ITS NOT ONLY ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS THAT SPEND A FEW MINUTES OUTDOORS, BUT OUR CREW THAT WILL BE BREATHING IN THE AIR THE HOOD VENT SUCKS IN FROM OUTSIDE, ASWELL AS CONTAMINATING FOOD. SO FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR CREW, CUSTOMERS AND FOOD, WE WILL BE CLOSED TODAY.

WE WILL BE OPEN
