We have hot and cold cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt and assorted coffee and juice. Lunch items include changing specials on a Deli, Salad, Grill, and Comfort Station. Weekly menus, catering information and promotions are posted on the café website. Monthly seasonal promotions are posted at the entrance of the cafeteria.

November is Native American Heritage Month - a time to celebrate the histories , cultures, and contributions of Native Americans, Alaska Natives, Native Hawaiians, and affiliated Indigenous communities.

This week we wanted to highlight the importance of agriculture and innovation in Native American History with our Chef's Table.

Featuring Cedar Smoked Sumac Atlantic Salmon, Butternut Squah Puree, and warmed Three Sisters Salad, we used this as an opportunity to reflect on the contributions that these ingredients provided as a model of sustainable agriculture.
