It’s getting HOT in the kitchen because Chef Justin has created a Taste of the Islands and baked-up some Jerk Salmon and topped it with with a Mango Chutney. And riding along side are baked Sweet Plantains and sautéed Cabbage, Sweet Peppers and Onions! Yummmm!😋
