Come over and see us at the Matthews Covered Bridge Festival on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, September 11th, 12th, and 13th!

We are on the front row with our red trailer - same spot as last year.

We will open at 7 AM each day with our breakfast items available until 10 AM. We will then transition to our regular menu and be open until the festival closes each evening. We will not be serving ice cream at this festival.

We’ll be back soon!

As many of you know, we do the Portland Engine Show each year as a fundraiser for Special Olympics, our absolute favorite event of the year. This year with Chad’s continued health issues, we made the difficult decision to close earlier than normal to get everything to Portland. In years past, he would do all the behind the scenes work while I kept the daily operation going until it was time to move the trailer itself. This year, it will take both of us and many others to make it all happen.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate ALL the support we have had since opening at our new location!

We are impatiently waiting for his procedure that is scheduled for late September. Until then, we are putting his health first.

Just remember. . . . We are NOT closing for good, just closing earlier than normal to get to Portland.

Coney Sauce and Pulled Pork BBQ available for purchase!

Several of you have asked us to offer coney sauce and BBQ in bulk again. We are making a batch of each tomorrow, and we are taking orders. With it being made fresh, you can freeze for later use.

⚫️ Coney Sauce - $8.50 per pound, packaged in 1/2 pound containers

⚫️ Pulled Pork BBQ - $8.50 per pound, packaged in 1 pound containers.

We are still dealing with credit card machine issues at this time. CASH is preferred, but I will also have my personal QR codes available for CashApp and Venmo to hopefully make things a little more convenient until we fully resolve the credit card machine issues. We do apologize for the inconvenience!

We will have the same menu items available as last week plus a few more items to begin the day with. We will be receiving a delivery tomorrow afternoon, then our full menu will be available. I will post a copy of the menu to the FB page once all items have arrived.
