A quick update concerning our dad/boss and all around wonderful guy Fabian Vasquez Sr. As many of you know he had major surgery a couple of weeks ago, and I'm happy to say he's been out of the ICU for a few days now. Despite a few setbacks he continues to show improvement. Your thoughts, well wishes, and prayers have all reached him and he misses his community, but he'll be back because he's just that stubborn, lol-his son Andy and the entire La Fiesta Family.

Just an update to all our La Fiesta family, friends, and customers. Fabian's surgery went very well and he is beginning the long process of recovery and rehabilitation. We want to thank all of our patrons and community for their continued prayers and support during this time. We will be opening the restaurant tomorrow at 8 am and will be resuming regular business hours.

To all of our customers, friends and family, we ask for your prayers for my Dad, La Fiesta owner, Fabian Vasquez Sr. He had a heart attack Monday night and is now in open heart surgery. My Dad has been through a lot in the last year. He will face this battle with the same courage and quiet conviction that has made him the man he is today, my hero. We will let everyone know when we will be back open. Thank you, Lisa and the La Fiesta family.
