Italian ice is a frozen dessert that has the texture and consistency of sorbet. We make it fresh, in-house using fruit puree, natural flavorings, sugar and water. The result is a cold, refreshing treat, bursting with natural flavor that will absolutely tantalize your taste buds. Our creamy custard is an egg based premium ice cream. The egg base gives it a richer flavor and smoother texture than standard ice cream. Both our Italian ice and frozen custard are made fresh daily at each Zeppe's location.
