At Bella Restaurant, family has always been our secret ingredient.✨

We just returned from a wonderful family vacation filled with laughter, memories, and time together. ❤️

Looking at our family today reminds us just how quickly the years have passed.🙏

Many of you recognize the smiling faces on every jar of Gio’s Trio Marinara— Chef Gio’s three daughters when they were just little girls.

Today, they’re nearly all grown up, but the love and tradition behind that label remain the same.

Inspired by a treasured recipe passed down from Gio’s Sicilian Nonna, Gio’s Trio Marinara brings generations of authentic Italian tradition to every jar.

It’s a recipe that has grown from our family’s kitchen to yours and is now available in many local supermarkets. (See cover photo for locations)

This week at Bella Restaurant, Chef Gio is bringing back a special dish made with his house sauce, Pomodoro Basilico (Gio’s Trio Marinara), con Bucatini al dente, so you can enjoy the same family recipe that’s been shared around our table for generations. 👨‍🍳
