When we dreamt of Münch, part of our vision was to give back to our community.

We’ve had the opportunity to do just that by fundraising with our friend, fellow JMU alum, and one of our favorite SVU soccer coaches - Coach Brian - who plans to run the NYC Marathon in November!!! 👏

We’re down to the last day to help Coach Brian achieve his fundraising goal!

Our good friends and amazing supporters of Münch are heading to Italy today, so we’re bringing Italy to Harrisonburg!

Introducing ‘the Paulie boy’ - named for our friend and JMU Men’s Soccer Coach, Coach Paul. He got to be one of our taste testers and said this will be the only sandwich he ever orders here as long as it’s on the menu. 🤩

Our new soup is here, and it is a summer favorite:

gazpacho:
chilled andalusian style tomato soup featuring local tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, garlic, onion, bread, olive oil, and sherry vinegar.

Introducing our newest limited time sandwich:

chickpea panelle:
crispy fried chickpea and leek cake with flavors of falafel on a toasty brioche bun with cashew cream, spicy tahini, and fresh herbs.

Vegetarians and omnivores alike will absolutely love this sandwich!

Two new limited offer sandwiches hit the menu today, and they are perfect for these summer days 🦀 🍅

crab cake sandwich: jumbo lump crab, tartar sauce, crunchy dill slaw on a toasty brioche bun.

BLT: local heirloom tomatoes, smokey bacon, romaine, herbs, garlic aioli on white bread
*pictured is half of our sandwich - the other half was so yummy it didn’t make it to the photo shoot 🤣

fun fact: we make all of our sauces, spreads, and slaws in house daily 👏

This will be our second day of private events since opening in February, so we will be closed for lunch service today.

It’s baa back … sort of!!

Everyone’s been asking for the lamb meatball, and we brought it back better than ever as one of our limited offer sandwiches!

Same recipe from Chef Doug, but this time as meatloaf accompanied by spicy tahini, whipped feta, and pickled red onions.
