the berbere cold fried chicken

buttermilk-brined chicken fried, cooled, and still crispy dunked in a berbere duck fat bath, served with garlic aioli and pickles on a toasted brioche bun

[berbere is an Ethiopian spice blend - think Nashville hot but a more complex flavor]

House made bacon jam, garlic aioli, parm, soft boiled egg mixed with fresh herbs, & charred green beans on toasted challah bread.

It is quite possibly the best sandwich ever. Don’t believe us? Come in and try it!
