Welcome to the smoking dragon I hope to be set up next weekend selling pulled pork and maybe brisket sandwiches depending on price my meats will be smoked with mesquite wood through an offset smoker that creates a robust flavorful smoke taste from the constant air vacuum that only can be created in an offset smoker all meats will be smoked for 12 or more hours. All bbq sauces and rubs are homemade by me and my talented s***e chefs we will be offering sides once I get a deep fryer for now we will have cold sides of potato salad and coleslaw witch we will also make in house.
