PSA‼️ Our dough is now 7 DAYS cold fermented! And the cheese? No longer 18 month aged Parmesan… it’s now 22😎

Chai, bellwether farms ricotta, buffalo trace bourbon, Madagascar vanilla beans…. It’s stupid good 🔥

We’d rather do a few things perfectly than a lot of things just okay. Every element on the menu
