New brunch dishes. Big flavors. Made from scratch. 🍓🍳

We’re officially rolling out the new brunch lineup at Benaiahs Scratch Kitchen—and these two deserve a proper introduction.

🍓 Strawberry Pancakes — fluffy buttermilk pancakes topped with dehydrated strawberries, strawberry whipped butter, strawberry compote + cream cheese frosting.

🍳 Shakshuka — spicy tomato sauce, a soft baked egg, fresh chives + olive oil, served with ciabatta bread for scooping up every last bite.

Also joining the lineup:

🥩 Korean Steak Bowl — bulgogi grilled flank steak, breakfast potatoes, peppers + onions, kimchi, yuzu guacamole, a sunny-side egg, chili crisp, scallions + gochujang aioli.

🍳 Breakfast Bowl — breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, cheese blend + fresh chives.

🤎 Cinnamon Roll — scratch cinnamon raisin sticky roll topped with cream cheese frosting.

Fall dessert season has officially arrived. 🍂

Our Sweet Potato Cake is tender, rich, and soaked in bourbon brown-butter syrup, then topped with torched marshmallow frosting and finished with seasoned kettle corn for the perfect little crunch.

New menu additions have arrived...

Introducing 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫: our new battered and fried cauliflower with hot honey, prosciutto vinaigrette, parmesan, and lemon.

Next up, the 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐌𝐞𝐥𝐭: sliced mortadella, provolone, pistachio mustard, and fig jam on grilled pretzel bread.

Also new is the 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐢𝐚𝐡𝐬 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐥𝐭: an 8oz steak burger with Cooper Sharp, H&B sauce, balsamic caramelized onions, and pickles on grilled pretzel bread.

Just in time for fall, our 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢 𝐏𝐨𝐭 𝐏𝐢𝐞 has returned: rich chicken and sage ragu with roasted carrots and cremini mushrooms, topped with a parmesan-thyme buttery biscuit and crispy sage.

We’re also proud to introduce our new bread, baked for us by Talking Breads in Mechanicsburg, PA. You’ll find it featured on our sandwiches and served alongside our house-made pastas.

The Maltagliati Pot Pie is officially back.

Rich chicken and sage ragu, roasted carrots, cremini mushrooms, crispy sage, and our parmesan-thyme buttery biscuit over fresh maltagliati pasta.

𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞!!

This is the last weekend to enjoy our Benaiahs Miso Scampi before it takes its seasonal bow: miso garlic butter, seared shrimp, sweet scallops, fresh parsley, lemon, parmesan, and garlic bread.

But don’t worry, comfort food season is coming in strong.

Our much-loved 𝑴𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒂𝒈𝒍𝒊𝒂𝒕𝒊 𝑷𝒐𝒕 𝑷𝒊𝒆 returns to the menu next week for fall/winter: rich chicken and sage ragu, fresh roasted carrots, cremini mushrooms, parmesan-thyme buttery biscuit, and crispy sage.
