About our food: We love to cook and we like it the way YOU like it… made from scratch. Our sauces, sides and other eats are prepared daily with fresh, quality ingredients. Our rolls are delivered fresh from a Pennsylvania bakery. s hours testing and refining recipes over a four year period, we used critiques from full bellied friends and family to develop a menu we are quite proud to serve. While deciding on a menu we love, we were also looking for the perfect truck. After some disappointments and several road trips, we finally scored a 20 foot mini bus in Cincinnati, Ohio. Now we can bring our dream to you. Because we love our planet and the people on it, ShreddRRz is doing our part to help save our environment. Rather than plastic and styrofoam, the majority of our disposable packaging is environmentally friendly and compostable. We want to encourage others to leave a cleaner planet for our children and grandchildren.
