Here is the menu for Dauphin County Jazz and W**e Festival at Fort Hunter in Harrisburg this weekend. Our newest flavor, Grasshopper we introduced at KIPONA last week was a huge hit! We had to reproduce them because we sold every single one of them! Legend has it that the Grasshopper cocktail was created by Philibert Guichet, the owner of Tujague’s, bar in New Orleans’ French Quarter for a cocktail competition in NYC in 1910’s. Although it placed second, the unique blend of flavors gained immense popularity and brought a new wave of patrons to his bar.
Our Grasshopper ice cream is inspired by that original recipe with crème de menthe and crème de cacao, and we added a special touch of mint chocolate crème liqueur to kick it up a notch! It will be introduced to you at KIPONA in Harrisburg this Labor Day weekend!

Another epic Musikfest is in the books! This year’s amazing event brought in approximately 1.2 million people, marking the third-largest crowd in its 43-year history.

I’ll be honest, working 11-hour days under the hot sun for 10 straight days was not easy. With the event ending at 11:00 PM each night, we headed out at around 11:30 PM, followed by a 1.5-hour drive back to Harrisburg. After getting to bed around 1:30 AM, we were up again at 6:00 AM to restock products, pack meals, and tend to our garden, before hitting the road back to Bethlehem by 9:30 AM. It was a grueling schedule that challenged us to remain diligent with our work and patient with each other.

However, from day one, we were delighted by the incredible response from our customers. Hearing comments like, “We waited a whole year for your ice cream!”, “So happy you are back!”, and “This is the best ice cream I’ve ever had!” made all the hard work worth it.

It meant the world to us when you came back to tell us how much you enjoyed our ice cream after you walked away with it.

Our next stop is at the Shady Side Arts Festival in Pittsburgh!

Fans came from 46 states, Washington, DC, and 3 countries during Musikfest’s run from July 31 to Aug. 9, ArtsQuest said in a news release.
