K2 Creamery New Flavor Alert ‼️ Did you know that “Bee’s Knees” is a 1920s idiom meaning something outstanding or of the highest quality?

While Kent was researching new flavors, he looked for a gin with low juniper notes to add to our lineup. He discovered a gin infused with honey, which led him to the classic cocktail known as the “Bee’s Knees.”

We are excited to introduce our ice cream version of this classic cocktail, featuring honey, gin, lemon juice, and Irish cream liqueur. 🐝

NEW FLAVOR ALERT ‼️ During our trip to Japan in January, we took a guided tour of the Tokyo Imperial Hotel. We specifically enjoyed visiting the Old Imperial Bar, which beautifully preserves the architectural legacy of our favorite architect, Frank Lloyd Wright’s 1923 design.

As we were the only customers at the time, the bar master gave us a personal tour and shared the history of the lounge. There we were served the iconic Mt. Fuji cocktail, which was created there over 100 years ago.

Kent then said, “Mmmmmm... how about an ice cream version?” Our Mt. Fuji offers a unique flavor infused with gin, maraschino liqueur, pineapple liqueur and lemon juice. Each serving is topped with a piece of bright red cherry, symbolic of the rising sun over Mt. Fuji in Japan.
