With THE WEEKEND UPON US WE WANTED TO TAKE A MOMENT TO BRING A HIGHLIGHT TO ANOTHER AWESOME FEATURE THAT OCTANE CAFE AND CREAMERY WILL BE BRINGING TO THE REGION AND ANYWHERE WE CAN TRAVEL.

With that being said, we want to introduce the Octane Coffee, Trailer, and concessions unit. A state of the art, fully customized 100% self designed concession trailer that Octane will have available for fairs, festivals, parties, birthdays, and other city events in rented. Add it to anything special and contact us to schedule it for one of your special days. Where it will offer all the same high-quality product products that you can get in the Cafe and a limited selection of Ice cream from the road or your special event. .

At Octane Café & Creamery, we’re fueled by passion, driven by community, and powered by people who believe in making a difference—and that’s exactly why we’re excited to welcome Justin as our new Tennessee Operations Manager!

Justin has dedicated his career to serving others throughout Northeast Tennessee. His background includes extensive experience working within Emergency Medical Services, hospitals, and Level I Emergency Departments, where he developed a reputation for leadership, professionalism, and putting people first.

Justin also began his law enforcement career within the Chattanooga area and has continued serving communities across NE Tennessee Region throughout his career. Most recently, he has proudly served the citizens of Roane County through both law enforcement and his medical training, and will continue to serve the community bringing compassion, dedication, and a servant’s heart to those who needed it most in their time of need.

Now, he’s bringing that same energy, commitment, and love for his community to Octane Café & Creamery.

As we continue building something special in Tennessee, Justin will play a key role in leading our operations, supporting our team, and helping us create a place where great coffee, great food, and great people come together.

When you see Justin around Octane, be sure to say hello and help us give him a warm welcome! We can’t wait for you to meet him and experience the passion he brings to everything he does.

In light of national donut day, we want to announce and new and exciting thing we will be offering at octane cafe and creamery.
We will have buckets of mini donuts , dressed various ways, and also be offering our spin on a Chicken& Waffles.
