I normally don't participate in Gossip but this pertains to my business!!!!! I will say this one and final time we did not closed due to lack of great customers there are many building problems which he s the owners of the building have got estimate for but have stated to ask that they cannot afford to fix it at this time we and I quote we vacated our lease because we can't keep closing one or two days a week because of sewer smell or water running down the wall in the office with black mold or our electric bill tripled because because the furnace is pulling too many amps as it has resistance due to ductwork being bad I know this town is full of rumors but if you hear this from either one of the owners I need to be notified immediately as this is slander and libel we told them we were vacating or 6 month lease because it's been 4 weeks of I can't afford to fix this I can't afford to fix that that is the Bare Bones truth and we have text messages to prove it in two days this website will be gone but I hope you remember that rumor is still rumor and I'm the horse so if you want to know anything about it you let me know and I will be glad to share it I wanted people to know this for future leases , they are nice personally bit I know they can't afford to fix ,it we can't be having customer breath on sewer gas and we feel bad because this has been going on for years I have talked to many workers that work for Chaney's and Harmony Diner both and these issues are not new I appreciate the fact that they can't afford to fix stuff maybe they should sell it and get out from under it but people whom ever don't make up lies because you can be held liable in a court of law for it.
